Faulty or Damaged items
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged product, we are happy to collect the item and either replace the item from you or refund you in full. Customers must notify us by email within 30 working days of receiving the item otherwise the return is not acceptable. In some cases we may ask our customers to return the item to us but we will of course refund any extra postage costs to you.
Distance Selling Regulations – Unwanted items
Customers are welcome to return unwanted items to us within 30 working days as per the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Customers must notify us by email within 30 working days of receiving the unwanted item otherwise the return is not acceptable. Please note that customers are responsible for the return costs of unwanted items. We regret to inform you that in the unfortunate circumstance that the courier responsible for delivering your item back to us damages it, we will be unable to issue a refund for your order. We kindly ask that you ensure the item is appropriately packaged and secured to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Unwanted Items – returning outside of 30 days
Please be advised that if you wish to return your goods if no longer required or the wrong item ordered outside of the 30 day returns period we will not accept it back.
Unfortunately we are not able to process or accept returns in person. We are located on private land which does not permit admittance unless authorised by the land owner. All returns must be authorised prior to being arranged and must be returned via courier and any attempts to return a parcel in person will regrettably be refused.
